snowday

Saturday was lovely. We woke up to about 2 inches of snow! Sunday was better, there was about 10 inches. For the birthday, a nice little collection of friends and neighbors came over for beer and cake. Leif got a firetruck! Pure joy.

Outside was a little cold. (this picture reminds me of this one.)


At least it is warm inside.


Leif's first snowman. He insisted on a carrot nose. It fell down, because where we live it likes to rain after it snows.
