It is Tuesday.

Did you see the article that ran on Sunday? According to Leif, there was a picture of his Mama holding some baby. He is pretty sure it isn't him.

Today life is back to normal from the funny weekend. For us, that means this rough outline:

6:00: All awake
6:30: Breakfast
7:00: "School" for Leif
8:00 - 11:00: "Work" for Mama
11:30: Walk to get Leif
11:45: Noodles + Beeps
12:00: Nap for Leif
12:00 - 2:30: Domestica for Mama (weeding, cleaning, cooking)
3:00: Snacks and prepare for afternoon outing
3:00 - 5:00: Playground, shopping, park, river, etc.
5:00: DADA IS HOME!!!
6:30: Dinner
7:30: Start Bedtime

Really, it's that simple? Our life can be outlined? I'm finding this really strange and very comforting, as the last couple years have been chaos. I'm still digesting that I left work, school, friends, and cute clothes to stack blocks...but then again the day is young.

Leif, however, is loving it. Ever since I cut back on "real work" he is just thriving. Sometimes I wonder if his early months of colic, refusing to eat, and refusing to sleep were connected to my stress levels. Not that I'm currently a jovial ball of bliss, but compared to just a year ago things are very different. I suppose that as a parent you like to take credit for the good, and dismiss the bad!

I love the apron, Rach.
Nice touch.

Plus, stacking blocks is the new clubbing. Trust me.
