Little Leify Snarky-Snick has been sick with an icky cold
He hasn't been this down and out since he was nine days old

Coughs and splutters and lots of snot
were among his many gripes
No sleep, no smiles, and a fever hot
he cried like old bagpipes

But just like that he's feeling better
drool shining on his chin
After milk and hugs and sleep together
what do you know, a grin
